Order Cancellation Policy – AD Furniture Design

Effective Date: July 2026

1. General Cancellations

All orders placed through our online store or via WhatsApp are subject to this cancellation policy. By placing an order with AD Furniture Design, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations requested within 24 hours of placing an order will be accepted at no charge, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Cancellations requested after 24 hours are subject to a 15% cancellation fee of the total order value, as production or sourcing may have already commenced.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

3. WhatsApp Orders

Orders confirmed via WhatsApp are binding once you have received a written order confirmation from our team. The same cancellation terms apply as for online store orders. Verbal agreements or informal messages do not constitute a confirmed order.

4. Non-Payment & Payment Default

Online Store Orders: If payment is not received within 48 hours of order placement, the order will be automatically cancelled and stock returned.
WhatsApp Orders: If deposit or full payment is not received within 48 hours of the agreed deadline, AD Furniture Design reserves the right to cancel without further notice.
Items will not be reserved or held beyond the payment deadline.
AD Furniture Design is not liable for price changes or stock unavailability due to a lapsed payment window.

5. AD Furniture Design-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

6. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

Eligible refunds processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.
